Creating teams and individual characters.
If you want to create a team, or become a part of this fight, all you have to do is PM me or e-mail me and i will post it and keep track of the points.
For individual sign up, message me and give me your name, Otaku level, and badges you've earned. Then i will put you on the page for recruitment. You DO NOT need to do this if you are joining through a whole team being created.
For Team sign up, tell me the name of the team, the members, members Otaku Level, and the badges that the members have earned. (You can do this easily by adding up the badges and saying saying OS-Citizen x2, OS Vip x1, Yuri Award x4, etc)

Recruitment
I do want this to be a big thing, but sadly i know a lot of people probably wont get super into this, so i will allow one person to recruit people for a team and as long as one person stays active to keep the team going, it is OK.
You can recruit by messaging them in any way you can.
If you want to be apart of the war, but don't have a team, there will be a recruitment page you can be put on.
For all recruitment into teams, I need confirmation that the person agreeing to join from them. this can be done through PM or e-mail.

Individual rules
You may only be apart of one team.
The team leader will take the points your person adds and distributes them the way they want, (you may of course suggest things to the leader but that's in between you and them)
When starting a player is has a base amount of points they add to the team when they join. It starts with 5 points towards each stat (5 stats total). They are also given points equal to their Otaku lvl + 5 for free distribution. More points can be added from badges you have earned. (Badges explained later)

Team Rules
Teams must be named for organization purposes. You may also have a team symbol that will be placed on the map along with your name to show areas that you control. (If you don't have a symbol only your name will be placed)
Teams must have a leader. This will make it easier for communication and organization.
Teams level up through battles. 3 wins equal a level up, a loss takes away a win. Your wins are shown in your level, Ex. level one with 2 wins= 1.2, level five with 1 win= 5.1. Wins are counted with CPU battles (later explained) but in order to level up you need at least 1 win by defeating another team.
When a team levels, they are given 5 points to distribute how they want.
Teams have to be a minimum of 4 members. At level 1 the max members is 6, with each level that number increases by 1.
Teams gain certain bonuses depending on the badges of the people in the group. (to be later explained)
If you submit your team, you are allowed to recruit more members as long as it stays within the team limits.
The team leader decides how the points are distributed (but they should ask the members for suggestions). Points that individuals give is explained in the Individual Rules section above.

Stats:
There are 5 different stats: Health, Power, Toughness, Endurance, and Speed.
Health: Obviously this is your health bar. Every team starts with a base health of 20 (every team at least starts at 20 points towards it because of base stats and the minimum of 4 people). Every point added to this stat will give 1 point to your HP.
Power: Determines how many damage points you deal for each turn. Teams start at minimum 20 points which equals 2 points of damage. Every 10 points added to this stat gives one more point of damage (20-29 points= 2 damage / 30-39 points= 3 damage / etc)
Toughness: A subtraction factor against attack. When damage is being dealt you take how many points they deal minus your defense points. Team minimum of 20 gives 1 subtraction point, every 20 points gives one more subtraction point (20-39= -1 / 40- 59= -2). EX. if an opponent would deal 3 damage, but your subtraction factor is 2, you only take 1 damage)
Speed: Determines how many times you hit during your turn. Every 20 points gives you one more hit per turn. (20-39= 1 hit / 40-59= 2 hits). Your opponents speed also determines how many times you hit. who ever has the highest speed has there speed subtracted by the lower speed. When an opponents speed is reduced to 0 they only hit once per turn. Ex. Your speed is 5, opponent's speed is 2. That ends up being your speed is 3 and your opponents turns to 1. so you deal damage 3 times before they deal one.
Endurance: This is how many turns you can do before you run out of steam. Every 40 points gives you 5 extra turns. Teams start at twenty rounds each (20-59 points= 20 rounds / 60-99 points= 25 rounds) If a team runs out of turns, they don't attack anymore. If a team has more endurance then the other one, the team with more endurance get to finish there turns while the other sits and takes it.

Badges
There are 2 types of badges: Individual and Team
Individual badges give their effects for each member who has the badge.
Team Badges give their effect if a certain number of people in the group have it. (If the number owned is double the required number, it DOES NOT count twice)
Badges made for specific people will not count (Ex. Postcards from Japan medal given to only Skipachu). Neither do badges for winners of events (Something that only one or a few people can have). Participant Medals will be allowed based off of the amount of people who have earned them.

Battles
A battle is when a team wages war on another team, or an unclaimed area. Teams are not allowed to challenge a team below their level (a smaller team can challenge a team 1 level higher then their own), or an area that is a higher level than them.
A team can challenge another team by either flat out challenging them, or attacking one of the enemy's areas.
After a war is declared no changes to the teams are allowed until after the battle.
If a team wins they are given one point for every member in the team to distribute however they feel. They also add a victory to their level. If an area was challenged or a team's area was attacked and the challenger won, they gain control of that area and gain its benefits.
The losing team loses one point on each stat. If a team loses when challenging another teams area, they lose 3 points in each stat instead (there needs to be a bigger consequence for trying to take someones land)
A tie (both teams run out of endurance without a team dying) results in both teams living, but they will both lose 2 points off each stat.
If a team is on another continent but you are on the same level as them, you are able to attack them without switching continents, but you can not try to take any areas they own.

Map
The map has different continents and regions to take over.
You will be able to switch continents once your a high enough level to challenge a level in the next continent, however if you switch continents you will not be able to return to the previous one and you will lose control of all areas you own inside that continent along with their benefits.
Teams can take over a region that isn't taken by another team, but they will have to beat the CPU army that resides in the area.
Areas randomly have effects in them, some have them some don't. You will not know until you control the area, and if you control the area, the effect will not be shared so only your team knows.
Area's effects only last while a team is in possession of that area.
